Given that over 2000 people read my original blogpost on this guy, I think Namecheap might have cancelled his website if they had received that many complaints in the two months since I posted it.
GETMY100.COM is registered by Domains By Proxy, Inc and this service is for people who don't want others to know who owns the website. However, Domains By Proxy does have its own website where you can file complaints.
Simply go to https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/Default.aspx and click "File A Claim". Mention that you received the message via cellphone text, so there are no email headers to forward to them.

I've recently discovered that the registered owner of gift50.com, Nick Brown, is the official contact for a company called Best World Media (bestworldmedia.com).
This corporation is a lead generation company. They harvest customer information and sell it to their clients.
After discovering this, I've not only reported all the numbers that I've personally received text spam from to the FCC and AT&T, but I'm going to report BestWorldMedia.com to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau.
I suggest that you do the same and encourage your readers to as well.

I called them up and spoke with a person called Amy. She admitted that her company owns the web site doublemypayday.com. She stated that they do not directly send SMS messages from her company, it must be some affiliate of theirs that is doing non-compliant things. She did not want to admit a direct responsibility for the text message we all receive, but my argument was that they should be controlling their affiliates. She admitted that this is not something they want happening either as it damages their brand image. She promised to investigate who is doing this, and NetTangerine would shut them down.
I promised to Amy that I will post this information on every complaint site I can get my hands on.
I suggest everybody gives a call to NetTangerine Inc Tel: (650)641-0184 and complains about the SMS messages. I'm sure the more calls they receive, the more motivated they are in finding out and shutting down which ever affiliate of theirs is doing this.

I googled the e-mail for Nick Brown I saw in the docs: nickbrown012@gmail.com. lot of stuff comes up. This guy is all over the place. And if you look at the domain owners to his different sites, more and more company names show up. I think FBI should get into this, this is somem amazing web of scamming!
